Politique d'expédition


We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the USA. We offer flat rate shipping within Canada of $10, free shipping over $75 CAD (excluding The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska and Hawaii).

We ship within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, worldwide, Monday to Friday. During holidays, restocks and new launches, we may experience a small delay. 

Shipping times will vary based on your location. You will receive an email after purchase which will allow you to track your order. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. We suggest signing up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the postal carrier to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.  

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! Please note, we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. International packages can take up to 12 weeks to clear customs and ship. Please take this into consideration when placing an order. Tracking may not be available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update once it leaves Canada. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information. 

Import Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred. Hanlyn Collective is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes, and we are unable to advise on any amount owed.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges, and a $15 USD undeliverable/restocking fee (as we are charged this by the postal system after a package is deemed undeliverable), which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your order re-sent.

Letter Mail - within Canada

We may offer the option of Letter mail shipping within Canada, however, this is not a tracked service and once it leaves our warehouse Hanlyn Collective is no longer responsible. If the item does not reach you/lost in the mail, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Letter Mail is at the risk of the buyer and not an option we suggest. You are only able to use this option when ordering ONE small item (rompsie or kids loungie).
