Our signature Hanlyn Collective triple layer bamboo face covers are anti-wrinkle, breathable, odour-resistant and unbelievably soft. This washable face cover offers adjustable ear loops to fit all sizes. This mask is perfect for all indoor and outdoor activities.

Our signature bamboo covers are NOT medical grade. We decided on a triple layer bamboo to block the transmission of small particles or droplets in the air from landing in or being inhaled through the mouth or nose.

Upon check out you will be given options for shipping costs; this depends on the speed in which you want your package to arrive, and your location. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your package has been shipped.**Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

Any of our PRE-SALE items will be shipped in the approximate timeframe given in the description of the item. Unfortunately, these dates are not guaranteed and will not process in our normal processing window of 3-5 days. Your items will ship with the selected shipping method at checkout once the Pre-Sale item has been processed within the given dates.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Sezzle (in the USA). Payments are accepted worldwide.

We have a 30-day refund policy from the original order date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase- a photocopy/scan of the receipt.

If your refund is approved, we will send you a mailing address for you to ship the materials to. Please note, you must request a refund prior to shipping, otherwise they will not be accepted. Cost to ship the return is at the expense of the customer.

Once the return has been received, we will email you confirmation and the refund process will begin on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take upwards of 10 business days for this refund to reflect onto your credit card.
