Sales and Pre-Orders T&C's

1. SALE ITEMS AND PRE-ORDER RESERVATION

All Sale Items, Items purchased with a discount code or gift card and Pre-Order sales are FINAL SALE. When placing an order for a Sale or Pre-Order for any Hanlyn Collective products, you will be required to check out per normal, providing all information, such as your address, email, and billing information. You agree that all information is accurate and if any information changes, you agree to contact Hanlyn Collective to update your information prior to shipping. Hanlyn Collective will take no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information. If an item is ready to be shipped and there is a change or error in your billing information, you will need to pay for the item to be re-shipped to the correct address. A member of the Hanlyn Collective team will contact you if there are any returns to our head office due to an item being undeliverable.  By placing your Pre-Order, you understand that you can not modify or change any orders, including sizing and design. 2. PAYMENT

Upon checking out, you will be charged for the products you are purchasing in the Sale and Pre-Order, no matter the payment method. For Pre-Orders you are allowing Hanlyn Collective to charge the full price of the Products upon check out. 

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Hanlyn Collective will confirm the date range for the Sale Item and Pre-Order Products under the description of the Product on the website. There will be a date range in which your item(s) are meant to be shipped from our head office. However, we will do our best to deliver as soon as possible once the products are available. You understand and agree that there may be delays and iIn the event that your Pre-Order item is delayed, Hanlyn Collective will contact you via email with updated information. Hanlyn Collective is not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any delays. PLEASE NOTE- we may not be able to combine orders if you have multiple purchases due to volume but feel free to email customercare@hanlyncollective.com to check.

4. RETURNS/CANCELLATION/ ORDER CHANGES

Sale Items and Pre-Orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. You may not modify or change your sale order and/or pre-order once it has been placed. By purchasing from our Sale and/or Pre-Order, you understand there are no cancelations for any reason, at any time, and agree to those terms.  If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, you must email customercare@hanlyncollective.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to advise of any issue. Each case will be handled accordingly. 

5. FORCE MAJEURE

Hanlyn Collective will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by strikes or labor difficulties, lockouts, acts or omissions of any governmental authority, pandemic/stay-at-home executive order, insurrection, riot, war or similar hostility, fires, floods, Acts of God, breakdown of essential machinery, accidents, cargo or material shortages, delays in transportation, inability to obtain labor, materials or parts from usual sources or otherwise due to causes beyond the Hanlyn Collectives reasonable control. In the event of any such delay, performance will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary under the circumstances.

6. DISCOUNTS

No Discount Codes or Collective Cash will be permitted on any sale items, you may not stack discounts or use any offers with a sale purchase. If you do, your order may be refunded and cancelled. Hanlyn Collective does NOT do price adjustments on past orders. Rewards are not able to be used on any sale items.
