Do you accept refunds?
Hanlyn Collective will gladly accept returns for a refund in the form of a store credit on purchases made through our website www.hanlyncollective.com. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly. Please review our refund policy for further information and rules. Please be aware, shipping to return an item is at the cost of the customer and a 10% restocking fee (a minimum of $4 USD) will applyÂ
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy from the original order date with the exception of holiday designs (example: Christmas, New Year, Easter, Valentines, St Patrick's Day etc). Any holiday design MUST be received in the warehouse 30 days PRIOR to the set holiday. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase- a photocopy/scan of the receipt. The refund will be in the form of a store credit that will be available for 6 months from the refund date.Â

If your refund is approved, we will send you a mailing address for you to ship the materials to. Please note, you must request a refund prior to shipping, otherwise they will not be accepted. Cost to ship the return is at the expense of the customer and will include a 10% restocking fee (minimum of $4 USD).
Once the return has been received, we will email you confirmation and the refund will be issued in the form of store credit to use on a future purchase within a 6 month period from the refund approval date.
Non-Returnable Items
All sale items, items purchased with a gift card, Collective Cash and/or with a promo code are deemed as FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns any items purchased under any promotions for a refund or any holiday designs within 30 days of the holiday (return must be in the warehouse within 30 days of the holidat). Due to hygiene purposes all face covers, beanies/toques, bows, blankets, bedding, sleep bags, and loveys/stuffies are FINAL sale.
All Pre-Sale/Pre- Order Items are FINAL SALE. Please refer to the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions section on our website.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different size, color, etc, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Please follow the refund policy to initiate this process.Â
Damages
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt, if you have any issues (defective, damaged, or wrong item/size) contact us immediately and will work on this issue urgently to rectify the situation. We are only able to assist if you reach out to us within a 2 week (14 day) period from receiving the product. Please ensure to inspect all items once they arrive to avoid any problems.
